Only 357 days until Christmas! Ok, it’s been a few weeks since Santa’s visit and, if you’re anything like me, your tree is still up. BUT, I’ve started my countdown for next year because I just ordered four of these babies:

Now that we’re an official family of four, personalized Christmas stockings are a must. It says so in the Bible.

I searched high and low for something my picky self would like. I had thought I’d settle for some cable-knit-eque versions from Pottery Barn until browsing through Pinterest for holiday decorating ideas (have you tried that site yet? It’s the Mecca of style eye-candy and the best way to save visual ideas without hoarding a stack of magazine in your bedroom).

I saw a picture of those and found they’re handmade (available on Etsy). Woo hoo! And soon they will be mine.
